At a time when many businesses face difficult trading conditions, the Centre is offering up to three days of business consultancy and mentoring. The advisory service starts with a business health check to identify problems, as well as potential areas of development. After the initial diagnostic, a business consultant will help to create an action plan and provide follow-up support. The advisory service gives advice on managing the recession with specific topics including budgeting, non-traditional finance sources, trade finance and invoice discounting. Advice on affordable premises is also available, as is guidance on liquidation issues. To qualify for this free service, your business must be based in the Westminster City Council area and experiencing difficulties related to the current recession. The programme will run until March 2010, subject to availability.
