Our advice is independent, objective and professional. This is a free service. The Helpdesk can give assistance with: - o File management within the Windows operating system o The use of Microsoft Office products o Use of e-mail (POP3 and web based) o Routine system maintenance o Hardware and other equipment issues (non-specific) o Networking for small businesses o Upgrading The service operates Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm and on Saturday from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
