Employees can benefit from a variety of courses which lead to the NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification. Just some of the courses assessed are: NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety is aimed at people working in events stewarding roles. It can also help prsons working in the security industry with an extra certificate which will enable them to expand their roles into stadium security and stewarding, concerts stewarding etc NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration NVQ L2 in Business and Administration is aimed at people working in administration in all employment sectors. NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service NVQ L2 in Customer Service is for people who work in customer service and want to improve and update their skills. NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading This course aims to develop skills and knowledge of team leading both for complete beginners and for those with some experience. NVQ in IT (IT Users Qualification) Level 1-3 This course leads to an Information Technology Qualification (ITQ) which demonstrates competence in using IT at work. NVQ Level 2 in Retail Skills The Level 2 NVQ in Retail Skills is for people currently working in retail who want to build their retail skills. NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care The Level 3 and 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care are for people currently working in the health and social care sector (eg: care homes) who want to have their current skills assessed to a higher level.
